Teams not performing as they would like can often become slowed down by blame and 'personality conflicts', which become circular and intractable because personalities take long term coaching or therapy to change effectively.  Our clients have found that it can also be difficult to identify a 'volunteer' to change their personality... Often the team's leader has tried a range of interventions but nothing seems to 'stick' and unhelpful patterns eventually start to repeat themselves.

Our team facilitation approach rapidly shifts the operating model of teams from 'content' and 'personality' to focus on the group dynamic and process.  We may observe the team in action and / or conduct interviews and focus groups 'offline' to help determine  solutions.  We will also usually work with the team's leader one-on-one before, during, and after the process to aid them in sponsoring and sustaining the change in the team and its individuals.  Our work with teams in conflict has proven successful at creating fast and sustainable improvements, so contact us to learn how we can help your team.
