Our 'Inspirational Teams' team building and development workshops are based on our principle philosophy about the universal attitudes and behaviours that you need to demonstrate to create high-performing teams and organisations.  'Inspirational Teams' workshops have common themes of applied ways to use empathy, insight, curiosity, collaboration, optimism one-on-one and in groups.  However, our process always includes getting to know your company and people beforehand so we can tailor the program to your specific needs.

Our 'Inspirational Teams' workshops range from one day programs to three or more days spread over a number of months with coaching sessions in between to embed behaviours.  Regardless of the format, the programs will always:

  • Create a safe, collaborative, and enjoyable environment that promotes creativity and productivity.
  • Be experiential, interactive, and activity based.  These experiences directly ‘blend’ into your organisational context.
  • Incorporate the use of 'coaching' conversations to enhance a range of interactions in people's everyday lives.

Please contact us to find out how we can build your team's ability to inspire.
