Our 'High-Performing Teams' workshops build on the work and philosophy in our 'Inspirational Teams' program.  Once a team is performing well,  the usual team building events / activities can be a reward and help to improve bonding and bring some fun into workplace relationships.  However, our clients tell us that they are often looking for deeper challenge from programs that include skills transferable back into the workplace - they want something that will help take the team to 'the next level'.

Our work with high-performing teams reaches beyond personality types or competencies to build collective insight around deeper group issues such as authority & power and how these are used in the group, formal and informal role orientations occurring, and how the group consciously (or otherwise) manages its own processes.  If you have a high-performing team and your are scratching your head about how to stretch them, talk to us about introducing a new level of depth and sophistication to the way the group operates.
