'Career Insight' is our coaching program for career & development planning with professionals and leaders.  An alternative to our Talent Development Assessment, 'Career Insight' is a collaborative coaching process of self-exploration, perspective building, and career goal setting.  'Career Insight' is a 2 - 3 month coaching program designed to suit anyone's career development needs - whether you are high-performing, facing issues or roadblocks, or wanting to understand how to identify or achieve your career goals.

'Career Insight' initially comprises briefings and interviews, psychometric questionnaires, and then feedback sessions to build a shared understanding of your aspirations,  strengths, and development needs.  We conduct a targeted development planning session to create a tailored plan that you drive and 'owns' from the outset in a format you can adjust when it suits you.  With this as the context, a number of development coaching sessions follow that help to identify, embed, and support any initial changes in behaviour you would like to make.  Please contact us to hear how we can help put you in the driver's seat of your own career and development planning.
